This internal presentation was created to give stakeholders and hiring managers in the network insights into the recruitment process. In addition to managing expectations about the average to time to hire for an open role, it was to encourage the team to work to reduce the duration of the hiring cycle. This deck was crafted for presentation via a video meeting and made available for reference on Sharepoint.
